Manager for Strategic Network Engagement

Erika Foster first came to Saint Vincent’s Health Partners, Inc in 2014 as an Integration Associate with the Care Coordination and Integration Department. As an Integration Associate, Erika supported the clinical staff in population management, supporting practices in an effort to focus office resources on the care of patients within the SVHP network, with the intention of improving the overall health of the population while supporting open communication between network of providers. Currently, Erika is functioning as the Manager for Strategic Network Engagement. In this role, she is responsible for engaging, establishing, and promoting network relationships while supporting programs pivotal to attaining the quality and utilization goals of organization’s strategic direction.

Erika is a graduate of the Honors College of Drexel University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. While there, Erika worked in three research labs that focused in Juvenile Delinquency, Problem Solving Therapy, and Leadership Psychology while holding leadership positions in various academic and social organizations including the Panhellenic Council, Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, and the Psi Chi Psychology Honors Society. Erika is now studying to receive her Master’s in Public Health from George Washington University.
